I've been in this building for almost 8 years. I moved here because I was going to med school right around the corner. For the most part it's been a very positive experience (esp. compared to friends who lived in some of the neighboring buildings).
There was a short time when I felt the maintenance dept response was inadequate (it took almost a week before they called a qualified plumber to fix my non-functional bathroom and had my roommate and I use the empty apt next door for that time), but this has not been the rule.
Management has always been accessible and attentive (except for the time mentioned above - I don't know what they were thinking).
Parking gets tight when it's back-to-school time, but there always seems to be a spot. I initially lived on the 8th (top) floor, on the sunny side (facing Center City) and found that the AC struggled to keep up in the summer. Now I live on the shady side of the 2nd floor and summers are great.
Utilities, other than cable/phone are included.
All in all a very good experience for the past 8 years!
