Impossible to find a parking spot unless you pay the $45/month to park underground! Expect to get you car damaged from drunk and ignorant drivers.

Police have told us (when reporting car damage) about women being robbed by people hiding behind the dumpsters waiting for people to come home.

Security cameras are a joke, can't see anything with them. The workers refuse to touch the security system in fear of messing it up and getting yelled at by management. The tape loops for 24 hours and the only guy (Reggie) who works the machine comes in on mondays.

Mice visit often no matter how clean you are.

Trash trucks make an insane amount of noise EVERY morning when they empty the dumpsters.

Cannot fit a grocery-bag sized trash bag through the garbage chute's tiny door.

Been stuck in the elevator several times.

2 washers and 2 dryers on each floor. Expect one to always be broken. Caleco will mail you a refund when you get ripped off.

Security is a joke, it is very common to see the doorman sleeping on the job. (must be nice)

Maintenance never comes when you put in requests on their online portal. We had a a water balloon hanging from our ceiling from a water leak behind the laytex paint. Six months later we still have the hole in our ceiling.

You have no choice but to get verizon for phone/internet and comcast for cable.

Have to pay philly taxes when you are barely in the city limits.

Positives: Place is very quiet and utilities are included (except cable and internet).

I agree with this comment 100%. I live here, I should know and I'm a honest person. The mice are definetly the worst problem, especially for the amount of money that rent is. It could definetly be better.
