My girlfriend has been a tenant for over 2 years, and she's been happy all-in-all.
I can't think of anything that's been a real problem for her, particularly since the upgrade.
As for me, I moved in Feb. 1st and I'm content. The rent is affordable for my studio, I have a balconey, I have all utilities included and live next to the washer/dryer (can't hear them) room. There's parking most of the time, but if you simply must have the peace of mind of having a spot 24/7 waiting for you at home, there'a garage you can pay for. No rodents, no bugs, the noise between units is within acceptible range for students. Leasing, front desk and maintenance are all receptive and friendly, and they want to solve problems you may be having.

Bottom line: probably the best choice in apartment I've made in the last 5 years. I don't work for leasing, obviously, and I'm posting to serve my fellow class of '13 peers, you know who you are! P0MtU6TIdDkM23RTonAS

i may be moving in - i looked at a few times and liked it. i'll be going to PCOM this fall...and wanted to know if you have any suggestions or anything -- any bug or mice problems that you or your gf have had? how about safety at night in the parking lot area? thanks so much..

Someone reported a mice problem back in 2006. is this a current problem?
