Iroquois Apartments

Terrible! From: fsr19131 Date posted: 3/13/2004 Years at this apartment: 2000 - 2004   From the get go, this apartment has been nothing but trouble, from flooding apartments to late fees to lost packages. I am so disappointed that despite the reasonable rent (which is not THAT reasonable) the apartment managers are horrible. The maintainance staff is nice, but often take their own time to fix things. And, despite the few amenities offered, the heating and cooling bills are well over $200 a month (for 1 bedroom) and the washer/dryer units are not that effective in cleaning your clothes. We have had numerous fires in the few years that I have lived here and many people are trying to get out because of the horrible management.
