I have had a wonderful time at the Iroquois. Overall, there have been very little problems. ANy that did come up, I found to be fixed within a reasonable amount of time. Parking is in a garage, that is kinda dark, but it is very safe, as you need a key to get in. The walls are concrete and you barely hear through them. My biggest problem is the ladybugs that come in the spring and fall.
