Years at this apartment: 2005 - 2006
 
The apartments looks nice and are reasonably priced for the area, and Frankie is really nice, but I think once this complex takes your money and you sign the lease they forget about all of the things they promised to have fixed or replaced before you move in.

Not sure if anyone else had that experience, but I did, so I moved out.
