The front office is generally friendly and helpful. John usually is able to take care of things quickly but sometimes I had to ask multiple times to get things done. The building is safe and there is a parking garage. BUT, the apartments themselves are not worth the price. Hot water runs out fairly quick in the shower, there is a mice problem in the building, electricity bills are ridiculously high, and the elevators only work sometimes. For the amount of rent you can definitely find a better place.
