This building has the potential to be a very nice building however... The elevators were damaged from a pipe bursting on the top of the building and never re-inspected. The inspection cert expired 7-8 months ago and has not been reissued. The elevators now breakdown on a regular basis and periodically have short drops. The management company does not seem to comply with fire codes and cannot come up with the disconnect/off key to shut off the alarm when it goes off. Usually in the middle of the night. I have requested numerious times for the hotwater to be fixed, I have very low hot water pressure the cold is fine. The management office seems to be open at a whim, they dont seem to proccess the rent checks on time then they want to charge late fee's. I think the building would be fine with a new office manager. The existing one parks her vehicle illegally in the fire zone in front of the building impeading garage access.

The building safety seem fine. The mail comes ontime.

I have to agree with uniquely honest. I have lived there for 12 years and have seen it go from a beautifully secure place to live to a ugly, dirty, totally unsecure place. The current management team is the worst. I do not plan to renew my lease this year.

just wondering if anyone bumps in to any tenant who lives on the 11th floor; their are 2 tenants with our stuff; my husband gave it away and i tried to contact them with no luck thru the mail not knowing names. One has my childhood piano ; the other our bed and furniture; childhood rocking chair; if you can get there phone number and name; so i can get my stuff back; they should return at least some of it! disappointed tenant who left there.

I disagree. Management has been working hard. The elevator has been reinspected and passed. This is a great building, the tenants here are extremely nice! The apartments are large with alot of closet space and great views.
