Don't let the last entry about this 'great place' get you. TRUST ME.

Some of us disgruntled residents in the back building recently held an informal meeting (really a tenant was complaining to me in the hall about the mice they are dealing with in their apartment and I was telling her that I had the same issue too, along came another resident and another till we learned we ALL had the same problem management CLAIMS they don't know about). She told me that she wrote a review on this site and the manager saw it and ASKED her to change it! The nerve!! In any case, the problem magnmt claims they don't know about seems to be affecting ALL OF US and they KNOW all about it yet they are trying to keep it hush-hush. some of the older residents say they have been complaining about this for 2 years. I think it's stupid to be paying all of this rent and be dealing with a freezing cold master bedroom (use SEVERAL comforters and a space heater), terrible noise (you hear EVERYTHING in other people's apartments...sound-proofing is non-existent), and MICE. For that, I could pay half the rewnt in north and west philly

BE SMART. TAKE YOUR MONEY AND YOUR LOVED ONE ELSEWHERE. OH and about the 'sugar-sweet' review right before mine, think about it. It showed up just days after another tenant told us the manager saw her review on here. Hmph. Things that make you wonder.
