I lived at Joshua House for 2 years and was very happy with what I called "home". When I would have a problem with something in the apartment- all I needed was to pick up the phone and w/in 24 hrs I would be all fixed. (if not sooner)The staff was very kind, very professional and what I liked most of all, is the understanding that I would get when I would need to be later than the 1st with my rent payment. Any other community ( I am sure) would not work with their residents. I did read about a mouse problem in the K bldg..I did not live in the K bldg. So I can not relate. The bldg I lived in was "mouse free". They do have an exterminator that comes out weekly, all you would need to do is call. It was always a beautiful well kept community and the only reason that I left Joshua House was b/c of our new "house". Thank you Joshua House for making it such a pleasant place to call "home".
