I lived at Joshua House for two years and it was terrible! I would walk to my kitchen every morning to find mouse droppings on my counters, the washers and dryers were always out of order, the "fitness center" if that's what you would call it was a joke, there was no place for the kids to play and in the summer my electric bill was close to $200 due to central air and it was still hot in there. I live on the third floor and in the summer I felt like I was in hell. On a better note, I was pleased with the size and location.
