i have lived here at the joshua house for about a year. Within my year here 2 of my cars (my boyfriends and mine) were stolen from the parking lot. When i informed management they did not care and simply told me to call the police. Its disappointing because you pay (i pay 750 ) for a one bedroom in an area you hope is secure. They apartments overall are nice (i moved into a recently renovated one) but the materials used to update the apartments are very cheap. The paint is horribly cheap and marks up so easily. Also the air conditioning/heating unit is old and has broken down on me twice during the summer and the winter. Its a not all bad, however for what you pay here I think that there are definately better options.
We will be moving out as soon as we can find something better.

I had my car stolen also. The apartment complex does not feel safe to me. I come home and at times it seems as though someone has been in my apartment as items are moved around from where I left them. My lease is up in October but I will probably move out sooner and pay the rest of the rent as my safety is more important.
