Years at this apartment: 2000 - 2004
 
okay place but RATS. Oh I always sit with my legs up when i see those things running from one place to another. Maintenance is okay. But now since i moved out the neighborhood does not look safe any more esp at night time. it looks fancy on the outside but take a look to make sure.
