Terrible Parking Policy

I ve being living in Joshua House for a little more than a year. Although I loved the building appearance, and fixtures etc in the apartment, I had several unpleasant experiences with their management. The visitor s parking space was so limited and they tow the car if your guest s car if parked at somewhere rather than visitor s parking. Also the visitor s parking sign is very misleading. My boyfriend got his car towed from the spot that we all thought it was visitor s parking (actually it was right next to the visitor s parking, and the visitor s parking sign was right in the middle between the two parking lots), with other no warning sign or anything. The staff in the rental office was extremely mean to us when we asked him to walk to the parking lot to see the sign. And the management just simply ignored the complains.
The apartment also has some security issues. Three month ago I had two guys right outside my bedroom window, trying to climb up to the second floor at 3:00 AM. I would not recommend this place to anyone (especially young girls) who lives by him or herself.
Also, the pest control is an issue. German roaches are quit common during the warmer days.
