Where to start' This is the worst place I've lived. Since I've been here I've seen a major mouse infestation & 2 seriously major cockroach infestations. The walls are paper thin & the tenants here don't seem to have any regard for that fact. I've survived a neighbor who liked to blast a television on a daily basis THROUGH PUBLIC ADDRESS SPEAKERS until 2AM, another who repeatedly stomped on the floor above my head when people in the apartment next to his disturbed him, yet another who lied about the number of children they had & let them run around constantly in the apartment above me. The latest lease holders don't seem to actually use the apartment upstairs, but let their (mostly) underage friends & family have access to it. You can probably guess just how much regard THEY have for their neighbors. I'm writing this at 5:30AM because someone upstairs that likely shouldn't even be there won't let me sleep. I wouldn't wish this place on anyone.
