the rent is inexpensive but continues to increase every year, thats the only good thing that can be said about Joshua house. We've had mice and roaches in our apartment. The walls are paper thin. The apartment complex is not very secure and neighborhood is deteriorating since I moved in 3 yrs ago. The other night we heard yelling and screaming outside of our apartment at 3am and it woke my wife and I up from sleep. Thats happening more and more often. The worse part is that the staff and management is inconsiderate with their bottom line being money and only. I have lived there for 3 yrs and have been a loyal tenant, but they;'ve still given me a hard time on every request. This past summer it took 3-4 days to repair our air conditioning. I would never reccommend living here....ever. I've just recently moved to an apartment in south jersey, much safer and much much much more pleasant

I lived at Joshua House years ago, one thing I can say is that the apartments where very nice, but there were numerous times that I had no hot water for my shower in the morning and I complained but never got anything resloved. Nancy was there and was very nice, but again nothing was ever done.
