Okay, but pricey

Years at this apartment: 2006 - 2006
Pros: Location, fairly decent inside, nice maintained grounds, accommodating staff, felt safe, fairly quiet inside.
Cons: Trying to move in with all the interior doors, rent went up on 1BR unit about $100 upon renewal (from $600 to $700/month), wash room appliances broke down frequently, weird lay out--large bedroom, but small closets that do not hold much--small kitchen, slim parking at times.
I would recommend--although my biggest turn off was the big increase in rent.
