Since i moved in Joshua house there has been nothing but Major problems.The manager NANCY IS THE WORST!Maintenance never comes when they say they will and when they do there half drunk!!!Smelling like they had a long night out ugh!Not to mention
how unProfessional the staff and managment team is.We can go on and on about how awful this place is but unfortunately these people dont deserve for me to waste my time.Let me sum this up neighbors one word ghetto,staff one word unProfessional,never any parking,smells and just an all in all DUMP!!!!!Think twice before moving in i wish we did now were stuck here for a little longer ughhh we learned are lesson make sure you dont grab the first thing you see for it might me the biggest nightmare of your life!!!






its like living in a DUMPthe parking lol parkin theres never none AND the staff isalways drunk!

Wow, this poster sounds very bitter. I have lived here for 4 years now and I have never noticed any drunk staff members, and Nancy by far one of the best Property Manager they have had in years! The office staff are all helpful, considerate, and nice. Maintanence have always come to my apartment when called upon. I love my apartment home here and it bothers me to have someone that sounds so bitter with some stupid personal vendetta to write these lies.

Sounds like another tenant that may have been expected to pay her rent on time, can you imagine that!The nerve of Joushua House! The office staff is professional and friendly at all times. Good luck to tenant finding apartment where you don't have to pay rent at all!

DO YOU REALLY EXPECT ANYONE TO TAKE YOUR WORDS SERIOUSLY WHEN YOU CANNOT EVEN COMPOSE A REVIEW IN PROPER ENGLISH. EDUCATE YOURSELF AND LEARN TO SPELL BEFORE YOU SLANDER SOMEONE WHO MAY BE UNDESERVING. OTHERS READING THESE REVIEWS ARE LOOKING FOR SOLID, USEFUL INFORMATION. I would really like someone to include in their review the exact level of noise coming from upstairs, downstairs and side neighbors.....if you can hear televisions and radios playing......and if you can smell strong food odors and cigarette smoke from neighbors.
