This was my first apartment and I thougth it was great. The lay-out is nice and the bedroom is huge. The only negitive things I have to say about this place is that the windows are old and let the heat out in the winter. They also let a lot of noise in. If people are out in the parking lot talking or working you can hear it. You can also hear (very well) when your neighbors come home. It can be a bit noisy but its not too bad. Good location, friendly staff (loved neilsa), safe, and overall a nice place to live.

This is a response from Joshua House Leasing Office. I just wanted to respond and let you know new windows are coming!!!! Installation should start in about 6-8 weeks and the whole community will be getting them. Thank you for the kind review. We are happy to have you here at Joshua House Apartments.
