FIRST YOU WILL HAVE TO DEAL WITH PRIVACY ISSUES. THERE IS A HUGE CUT OUT IN THE WALL BETWEEN THE BEDROOM AND THE LIVING ROOM. WHATEVER YOU SAY IN THE BEDROOM CAN BE HEARD IN THE LIVING ROOM. WITH THAT SAID, ANY MUSIC OR TELEVISION YOU WILL WATCH IN EITHER ROOM WILL ALSO GET ON YOUR ROOMMATE'S NERVE. IT GETS REALLY COLD IN THE WINTER BC THE WINDOWS ARE OLD AND AIR IS EASILY FELT WHICH MEANS YOU ARE GONNA PAY A LOT FOR HEAT. FINALLY THE STAFF IS TOTAL GARBAGE EXCEPT FOR THE SECURITY OFFICER BILL. BUT TO DEAL WITH SANDY IS GOING TO BE A PAIN IN THE ASS. SHE IS FROM HELL. TRUST ME. DONT DO THIS TO YOURSELF.
