Did anyone else have a problem getting their security deposit back after moving out' We've waited two months now and can only get the runaround when we inquire about it. I'm wondering if they do this to everyone' I may have to hire a lawyer. It doesn't seem like the management is on the up and up (if you know what I mean).

Hello, I suggest you go to smalls claims court. The law gives the landlord/property owner 30 days to send you either the list of damages, and/or the actual deposit check. If not in 30 days, you are eligible to file a case and receive double the security deposit. I lived in Kardon 2 years ago and they screwed me over big time. But this isn't about me. I'm trying to help out every other person they screw. Im happy you posted this on apartmentratings.com Visit the National Landlord Tenant Guides, Pennsylvania Security Deposit via http://rentlaw.com/dep/padeposit/htm
