Do not stay at this helll hole. These people are notorious --------. They have stupid rules to find every little way to weasle money out of your pocket. Please do not look into this place, trust me, save your sanity and look for a hassle-free building. This building is run by a 3 ring circus.

I agree 1,000,000%!!! I hate this building! My grandmother died and left me her unit. They tried to milk me thousands and thousands of dollars so I couldn't take over my granndmother's unit. I had to get back my grandmothers down payment which was also milked! They have a racket going on taking advantage of the elderly! DO NOT PUT YOUR ELDERS IN THIS BUILDING IT'S A RACKET!!! The managers are no good! Mr. Davis and Ms. Wagner are HORRIFIC PEOPLE!! They were beyond rude and very unhelpful to me. I had to get an attorney to get my grandmother's deposit back!!! They were trying to pull a fast one on me every which way! I don't own my grandmother's unit because of them! A thousand loopholes! This place is also dirty and disgusting! They make the lobby look nice and then it's a rat trap from there! WARNING: DO NOT PUT YOUR ELDERS IN THIS BUILDING!!!

Kennedy House is a cooperative unit housing. the reason why the prices are so reasonable is because you can't own the unit...therefore you wouldn't be able to pass it on without paying the extra money. it wouldn't be fair to offer it up to a relative after the orginal owner died, when there is 1) a waiting list for 3 years to even buy a unit and 2) at the same price that the orginal owner paid for it. you should at least rebuy at the price that its listed
