The King's Manor is the most undermanaged property i've ever seen. The management does nothing but collect rent. The property has dirty torn carpets that smells. The lobby area for each building always has trash on the floors. Building A and B are alittle better. But buildings c thru E look like something out of the Projects. There's only one laundry room for all the buildings, and most of the dryers are broken. While the floor is totally broken up. There is also a large trash dumpster sitting on the side of the building. it is always running over with trash. Management is only concern with filling the apartments, while the look of the buildings are going to hell! Don't move into this complex. I think it's the worst in Philadelphia. I wish I would have had more time to search for another apartment. But my previous rental property was damaged by a fire in another unit. I had to find something fast. But please if you can help it, DONT MOVE HERE. YOU'LL BE SORRY YOU DID!

I AGREE!!!!!! YOU ARE SPEAKING THE TRUTH SOMETHING NEEDS TO BE DONE. THEY TAKE YOUR MONEY BUT, DON'T WANT TO PROVIDE A SAFE,CLEAN AND RESPECTFUL ENVIORMENT FOR YOU. AND STOP HIRING TEMPS TO WORK FRONT DESK. THEY ARE THE WORST!!!! CUSTOMER SERVICE IS NOT A MAJOR FACTOR AT ALL. THEY WILL ALWAYS GET BAD REVIEW'S FOR THAT REASON. THANK YOU FOR VOICING YOUR OPINION BECAUSE I DID! MAYBE WE CAN MAKE A DIFFERENCE TOGETHER!!!
