The person who posted a comment on 6/28/05 is on point with the information. The girl in the office is a B*tch and a Liar. She's in the office when ever she gets there so don't read the office hours on the door. She told me that some of the apartments were newly renovated and that the renovations would be completed in 3months, WELL, THEY ARE NOT and THEY WONT BE ANY TIME SOON! The halls are dark, dusty, and dirty. Be careful on the stairs you may trip and fall. They NEVER CLEAN the building, they dont even have a cleaning person/staff. Only 1 of the 5 washers and dryers work, so be prepared to lose your money. WEEDS started growing during the summer and they never cut them. There is only ONE maintenance person who doesnt know how to fix anything, He does the half-a$$, I showed up job. The walls are so thin you can hear your neighbors breathing. Welcome your pet mice they visit everyday. Dont park your car on the street because it WILL GET HIT. There is a big dumpster on the street in front of the buildings and if your windows are open you get a big whiff of bad odor and flies. The attitude of the Staff is I dont care; Im getting paid to do nothing. Dont believe the wall-to-wall carpeting because it is OLD DIRTY INDUSTRIAL OFFICE CARPETING in the apartments. Oh, and EXPECT TO PAY AN EXTRA $200/MONTH FOR HEAT BECAUSE THE OFFICE CHICK (JAMIE) DOESNT TELL YOU THAT YOU HAVE TO PAY ELECTRIC HEATING UNTIL YOU ARE ABOUT TO SIGN THE LEASE. AND THE WINDOWS ARE DRAFTY DURING THE WINTER MONTHS. IF YOU WANT TO MOVE HERE GOOD LUCK! IF YOU ARE DESPERATE, I GUESS IT IS OK FOR a TEMPORARY STAY.
