I am responding to the comments on K.M behalf. The hallways aren't that appealing but I honestly thought they would be renovated and that's what I told people. I tell people the heat is electric and it even states it on the application and the lease, so no one can deny it. I wouldn't manipulate anyone into getting an apt because the heat is electric, that's ridiculous. People always want to blame the person they see regardless of the entire situation. They always need a scapegoat. I am blamed and held responsible for alot of things that go on at K.M and it's not always fair, but hey that's life. Re: Not being there during all office hours. It's kind of hard to be at 2 or 3 places at once. If you are showing apts. at other buildings, constantly going to the supplies shop to pick up something, handing out notices, taking calls, meeting tenants to discuss delinquent rents, knocking on doors for noise complaints or rental issues, cleaning out refrigerators because if you don't no one else will, attempting to advertise, plus sooo much more, it's hard to be just sitting in the office and collecting rent and just answering phones. It takes way more than that. I have been told by many people they would move-out if I left and I am not mean person or in fact mean to people but in this business sometimes you do have to be a little firm otherwise, people will take advantage of your kindness and weaknesses. I don't know many people who would have taken the position I have and I hear that from soooooo many people. No place is perfect and you can't please everyone but we do try. Thanks for reading my review.

My problem it that yes it may have potential, but nothing is being done to improve the buidling. It getting worse the and rent is going up. I havent seen mantentience in like forever, its like they dont even exsist. And please, when you call they either dont come or they half do a job. And let not talk about some of the other properties that this company owns. The pits. The price was too right i should have known something was wrong. You find crackheads sleeping in the halls and empty apts, thats bc everybody in the community can knows how to get in ya building. Call the police they catch um kick them out, after a while they right back. Someone caught one in the laundry room washing up. Dark dreary hallways and all the extra company in your apt (mice). Had to get a cat to take care of that bc it didn't matter how much you cleaned they were like infested in the building. The only good thing is I never had roaches. I dont blame Jamie I blame the owner. Promises were made and 90% were not kept. It is the owners fault. I would not advise anyone to move in there properties. AND if you do NOT expect much and hopefully and will be a short stay or at aleast till you get on your feet. Because if you have high expections and aleast a little, you will be very very dissapointed and angry.
