Years at this apartment: 2004 - 2007
 
AS above, well worth the price and a homerun if you have some patience.
New office manager is SUPER! and while there is still a lot of improvements possible and the pace is not the quickest, it's definitely moving in the right direction.
If you can live with the hallway construction, the apartments are second to none.
