Great Bang For Buck From: honestreporter343 Date posted: 9/19/2007 Years at this apartment: 2007 - 2007   You will not find a nicer apartment (and they are very nice) anywhere in Philly for this price. While the common area is still under renovation, it finally seems to be getting to the end. Nice attentive landlord (Mr. King) and a great new leasing agent. Highly recomended!
