Great Bang For Buck

You will not find a nicer apartment (and they are very nice) anywhere in Philly for this price.
While the common area is still under renovation, it finally seems to be getting to the end.
Nice attentive landlord (Mr. King) and a great new leasing agent.
Highly recomended!
