Years at this apartment: 2006 - 2006
I rented a one bedroom apt at kings manor from about april 06 to oct 06. I liked that they offered 6 moth or 12 month leases. If you have a car, its hard to get a parking space after about 4-5pm. They said they were remodeling their buildings, but in the 6 months I lived in the E building, they didnt do anything...it was just tore up. My apartment itself was nice. The only thing I would have to complain about is my bedroom door didn;t really shut right...and when i moved in i didnt have a refrigerator to use for about 4 days because the previous tenant left and didnt say anything (rotten food). I got my keys the same day i handed them the money but i did have to clean it myself. The office staff is another down fall....there was always someone different in the office. I think they kept hiring people from a temp service. I like to personally hand in my rent but it was hard to run into someone in the office. I always had to drop it in the mail slot.oh, THEY PUT IN THE LEASE THAT YOU COULDNT PUT AN AIR CONDITIONER IN THE WINDOW BUT THERE WAS NO A/C IN THE BUILDING!!!!!!! I SWEATED TO DEATH IN MY APARTMENT THAT SUMMER>.....SOME PEOPLE HAD THEM ANYWAY....
