Don't believe the positive reviews: The place is a dump. Korman wouldn't give me the apartment they promised (the one they had shown me, so the offered me a newly "remodeled" unit). Upon entering my studio, I felt like I had just walked 50 years back in time. The place was equipped with cheesy, low budget, out dated furniture and older, cheap appliances which barely worked. The complex is located in an unsafe, high crime area, which will cause your car insurance to double, triple or worse. I am a 40 year old single male and I never felt safe there. If you are female or have kids, look elsewhere. If I were limited to one word to describe Korman Suites it would be "DEPRESSING!" The onsite staff were helpful to a limited degree. At least they were polite. The main office people are totally avaricious, nasty, unreasonable and unresponsive. They refused to return my security deposit. Then Korman claimed I owed money for unpaid rent and sent the account to a collection agency which routinely sends me nasty letters and threatens to ruin my credit. Do not do business with these people.

If you had a studio apartment, your credit must have allready been bad. This person was probably kicked out, and that's why they didn't get their deposit back. The only thing depressing is the story this guy is telling, and that's all it is, a story.
