The good-
I was promised a brand-newly renovated apartment and got it. It's beautiful and spacious. And quiet most of the time. Convenient location.
The bad-
Most people don't pick up after their dogs (the grounds are absolutely COVERED with pet waste); there is a mental health facility and residences in the community that I wasn't told about before I moved in; cars parked half in driveways and half in streets make it impossible to walk on the sidewalk; generally inconsiderate neighbors.
