Isn't the worse place however if you plan response on getting things repaired is slow.
Heater went out during the winter and they didn't get a maintenance guy out to fix it until the next day.
Garage Door was broke and inoperatable for a month before they came out and fixed it.
Noise level with surrounding tenants is rediculuous and mngmt would not act upon it.
A Disabled vehicle was parked in our garaged spot upon moving in and wasn't towed away for 3 months.
Deducted security deposit for normal upkeep expenses and repair of a dryer for $300 that wasn't in any other condition then when I moved in there. Tenants would use it when my presence wasn't there to ring my gas bill instead of theirs.

They're not all to customer satisfaction as they're made out to be. Rent was made on time except for once in which prior arrangements were made ahead of time and they tend to keep charging me late fees that I never had. They don't tell you about it either until your about to move out.

Also poor insulation, gas bill is really high and ac during summer.
