NEVER EVER RENT HERE #MENTAL CASES#

This place is the falsest place I have ever seen. The only people that are genuinely nice are the maintenance guys! The office staff is two faced--they are nice while you are looking to find an apt, but once you sign that lease, you fell off the face of the earth!
The mental patients are all over the place, I don't know how Korman makes any money, because it looks like 90% of the people who live here have some type of disability and are picked up in a Paratransit van every morning, it is like a parade every morning. To boot, THe disabled are downright, sloppy--and are so rude--they cannot shut a door, ignorant--drives a sane person crazy--management does NOTHING about it! My
neighbors stink, smoke cigarettes, like there is no tomorrow, but yet, do not have JOBS! HMM--and drug deals,,, oh yes--and a shooting--WE HAD A SHOOTING--don't rent here--unless you like DRAMA---Korman should pay us to rent here! I cannot wait til my year lease is up, then I am OUT!!!1
