the office staff is rude and could careless as long as they get their money on time..they refused to come out and fix problems in a timely fashion..washer broke for week..when it snowed caulking around window outside done horribly so that when snow melts it drips and drips into the apt..this is the second year that i am complaining..the odor from the tenants downstairs is makes me gag..(i couldn't put this any nicer)literally takes my breath away..they could care less
