i don't understand why people complain when living in an apartment about noise. apartment living is going to have noise issues especially when the buildings are old. as far as the maintenance it is ok but an improved response time would help. i too find that the office staff is not the most friendly but what do you expect from young kids. if you want piece and quiet move into a house! x-2PE3sjUIIeetAHoKOk

This is an awfully negative review for one who recommends this place. I bet this poster has never lived in a nice well run complex. STAY AWAY from Korman!
