People are entitled to their own opinion. 100% true. However, i can ascertain to you that I do not, nor have I ever worked for Korman Communities.. (even though people who commented on my previous review seemed to think so. Sorry if I happen to be a well written/spoken, college educated invdividual whose job entails a great deal of research and written review) I can tell you that I have lived in several states, in many communites, as school, and work has relocated me..and out of all the places that I have lived, this certainly is not a terrible, horrific example of an apartment community that some would make it seem. And i can also ascertain without any doubt that there ARE worse places in the philadelphia area... you can tell just by driving past some of them. I have friends living in South Philly, where it hardly seems safe to be walking around on the street at night. There, you go on one block and it's really nice, the next block over looks like crack houses...and there is little sense of comfortability. There are no such feelings living in this community. And as for quality, Appearance says a lot. I think they are doing a good job at this location (can't speak for the bensalem location, seems like that would be worse living conditons, frankly)of upkeeping the lawn and property. Would you rather be living in an apt with NO A/C and/or baseboard heat' difficult parking' ancient appliances' i don't think so. This community is well kept, people are friendly, there is always parking, and it's not in an unsafe area. so take from it what you will. if you choose to live here you may like it, and if you are like others, maybe you will not. in that case, there are plenty of sub-par living quarters in other regional apartment communities that might fit your taste for something to really complain about. (I won't mention the one just up the street, why don't you see what people are saying about that place. and it looks like a dump in comparison!) compared to those, korman is like an uncut diamond, waiting to shine. and in many ways, it already does. If you want to be at the ritz carlton luxury residental suites downtown, well construction starts soon. get ready to fork over your $500,000 and live where you will be attended to, hand and foot. You won't get that kind of service in a normal living environment, but what you do get at Korman/Rushwood, is people who are willing to work with you and treat you like a human being when you show the same approach to them, a safe living space, close proximity to the city, and many amenitites that other places do not offer.

Sounds like a Korman employee selling an AD for their facility here, nice job! Too funny, but I guess you have to with all the bad comments about your establishment.

Actually no the management didn't write this one. but you can keep on believing they did. I've been a resident here for 10 mos. thank you very much. and i'll certainly have more commentary when it comes time to move out. till then we still like it here.
