if u live in a ground floor apartment good luck ther eis noinsulation it is that bad i can hear the above apartment pee in there toilet the insulation is the worst ever i can even hear there conversations.

fleas in the carpet from previous tennant dog, in winter the aprtment is like a wind tunnel..leaks around the window power points constantly zapping we lost 2 computers due to faulty wiring in the aprtment they dont care either...we had 25 maintanence requests in to fix a tube on the clothes dryer took 5 weeks..the apartment walls werent cleaned b4 i moved in the painter just paints over all the dirt..the floors in the aprtment i am in creek so when u walk every spot in the aprtment creeks. when we first moved in we raised the blinds to open the windows 2 out of the 5 blind had panels snap off i bet that will come out of our deposit. the grounds are maintained mind u at 6.45 am they start cutting the grass but as for animal poo its a mess. unfortunately have seen alot of ppl come and go and when i have spoken to them its for all the same reasons the rear block of 1093 block is full of criminals and thugs very noisy alot of domestic arguments happening.

finally not a good place to live if u have children if u are a hard working buisness person who needs to wind down or somebody who works night shift as the garbage removal and grass cutting all happen in the early am and will wake u.

Didn't you get a paper to fill out when you first moved in about the condition of the apartment? All you have to do is write a comment next to the box appropriate and let them know. Why do you think they give you that form, so you can get your deposit back if you leave the apartment how you got it!

u will notice they never give you a paper during your stay to survey the apartment or how your living standards are and if they can improve on anything now do they no its all about the money and what they can milk you for they would be shocked indeed if they had people do surveys.
