i have just left this community thank god.. i was told i would only be receiving 400 of my deposit back as the carpets are worn and need to be replaced..the carpets were worn when i moved in and i wrote that on the document they give u, also the stove nobs had no writing on them ie temperature etc they just told me even though i took great care of this place that they couldnt rent the apartment another year to somebody they needed to be changed ..well this is not my problem.. they also charged me 50 to replace the oven nobs the funniest thing is they have charged me to clean the carpets which thay have charged me to replace wow.

i was good friends with the block in which i live so here is how i found out how they charge ppl different prices...1 couple is paying 800 for an upstairs apartment when the ppl under them are paying 750 when the ppl paying 800 asked why they said the ppl under would be raisied to 800 at the end of there lease...this did not happen of course another couple said they were leaving they then received a call from korman asking them to reconsider and they offered them a 2 bedroom newly renovated for 800 so they are desperate name ur price ppl.

stay away from the pool there are many thugs whio i have seen urinate in the pool i notified the supervisor at the pool and he said well thats common in any pool if you dont like it swin at the ymca pool.

also do not trust the office ppl yes patrick will be nice till u are settled then u will see his true side i have hired a lawyer to settle my deposit i will post again to let u all know what happened

Ask if anyone in the office has a real estate license to sign leases. If not, all leases are null and void! Great way out!
