here is the best way to judge a place to live if the residence has alot of apartments available they are doing something wrong...we and other friends have left this place and weekend after weekend all u see are the uhaul trucks lined up loading ppl to move...but a bonus u may be able to name ur price as they are desperate for tenneants they were offering us an upgraded apt with an extra bedroom for the same price we were paying for one bedroom thats how desperate they were and are.

yes the cosmetics looks neat the apts look neat inside but dontlet that fool u they allow pets there so past tenenant fleas and cat hair soon make themselves available once the carpets have sprung back up from the cleaning the papartments always smeall of gas as the pilots are always going off so not safe at all and the thing is u do not realise this unless u have been out of the house for the day so thats why u will be getting headaches its the gas.

office ppl are rude they brush u off they will not do anything to assist u unless it has something to do with money ..make sure all ur family are on the lease if not u will have to pay extra for them to use the amenaties...take a look in the basement at who ur neighbour will be we had a guy who was rnnning a spray paint shop in the basement so each weekend he would re arrange our side of the storage and use it to paint other vehicles and leave the door unlocked once he closed it.

the list could go on and on and i ponly lived there a year.
