My husband and I are moving into these apartments in August, and I am looking forward to it. We are both from TN, but my husband is in med school at Temple. We toured the apartments in April, and fell in love with them. There are so many amenities and different styles to choose from. THe prices are great, too. Since I am in TN until August, I have been talking with an employee (Lauren) over the phone to get everything ready for move in. SHe has been extremely nice, helpful, and timely. I would recommend these apartments to anyone and I am not even there yet!

IT DOESNT MATTER HOW MUCH OF THE UTILITIES YOU ACTUALLY USE OR TRY TO SAVE, BECAUSE THEYRE ALL DIVIDED UP BETWEEN THE UNITS, ITS A SCAM.... KORMANS A RIP OFF
