A very nice building to live in !

Years at this apartment: 1991 - 1994
 
Nice restaurant and bar, large gym and beauty salon. Very safe building, great view on center city, almost no need to heat during the winter, thanks to the huge windows and the great exposure, lots of A/C during the summer ;-)
