THIS WAS A HOTEL CONVERTED INTO CONDOS. WHILE THE BUILDING IS NICE, THESE PEOPLE ARE INTERESTED IN CONDO SALES AND REHABILITATING A FAILING BUILDING. THEY ARE NOT INTERESTED IN TENENT RIGHTS, CONSTRUCTION NOISE LEVELS, OR SAVEING CONVIENANCES. THEY ELIMINATED THE RESTAURANT, CLEANING SERVICES, BUS, DORMAN HOURS. CONSTRUCTION IS AT THE SACRAFICE OF TENANTS LIVING THERE.

I AM TOLD MOLD AND ASBESTOS ARE PROBLEMS. MANY THINGS THEY FIX ARE PROBLEMS
