BROKEN PROMISES From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 1/30/2008 Years at this apartment: 2006 - 2008   This could be an OK place to live if they would attend to maintenance issues in a timely manner. I've been waiting on them to act on safety and health issues for a year now. Additionally, I have had water leaking through the ceiling from my upstairs neighbor's bathroom (repulsive, I know). I put in a maintenance request 2 wks ago and it is still not fixed. This is the second time they have let a bathroom leak go for several days without fixing it. The maintenance staff seems to do a decent job once management gives them the OK.
