I lived there for one year. While I was there, the parking spaces were ample, but didn't seem completely safe. I know it's cliche, but cars are now broken into on a daily basis at about 3 AM by some kids in a silver van. I was without hot water the first two weeks of my lease, and the heat was turned off in May (which turned out to be a bad idea since it can still be cold in May in PA).

The neighbors were a bit noisy, especially upstairs. If you have anybody above you over 20 pounds, you'll hear them do everything. And I mean everything.

On a last note, the mice were bad the last two months I was there. Didn't see any cockroaches, but the mice tore into all of my food.

I would not recommend this to anyone. There are cheaper places for the money, and they'll at least be safer.

Since then there have been no mice in my unit and my car is out in the lot day and night and noone has harmed it. I hope that if you are unhappy that you have moved on and let someone who appreciates the effort the staff is making here to turn things around.
