When I first moved into Krewstown I thought the management was very nice. However, that did not make up for the lack of heat in the winter and the mice problems. During last winter the heat went off in our apt daily. We had the management number on speed dial. They had to come into our apartment once a day to fix it. This is not an exaggeration. They also came in and tracked grease on the floor which they later tried to make me pay for new carpeting.

Mice were another big problem in the apartment. We were hesitant to get any food because they got in it all. I got waken up at night to what sounded like mouse gladiators of mice battling it out under my bed. After this I moved out. I paid double rent for months rather then stay at that apartment and freeze and be eaten alive by mice.

The silver van theft ring was also true. The police and management were notified and did nothing. Also, there were issues with mail and laundry theft. I had to get packages at my work instead of the apt because they were being constantly stollen. Our 60 day notice to vacate was also stollen from the management mailbox. I had to use a laundromat too because the klepto also liked to take clothes.

So, yes, the price is good but the money you save will probably end up being spent later when you have to hire a lawyer to get you out of the lease and save your security deposit like I did. 6TrHFn6pn7poyqNlKEgn

I have lived here for a couple years. The apartments here are all brand new but the post here is correct as of Jan 07'. Since that time ownership has: 1) Replaced all HVAC 2) Contracted a pest control company to handle Mice/now a non-issue 3) Installed Brand New Windows Throughout 4) Fired the manager responsible for the Car issues, hired a great new manager, and evicted the people responsible for car issues.

My heating wiorks very well and I think that people should really come by recently and take at the property now, which is still a work in progress nbut is coming along.
