I just moved in, and I have to say -- it's about as good as it can be for an apartment complex. When I came in to look at the apartments, the leasing manager was very helpful, answered all my questions, and when I called back for more info she was more than happy to help me again. I did need to have maintenance fix my stove, and they were prompt! I called right before the holiday, and they were out by the next business day - and were very courteous, friendly. The rent is afforadable for single people. They are pet friendly with a deposit and pet rent. The community is quiet, and always plenty of parking. I would recommend this place to anyone looking for afforable rent, or just starting out on their own. The Jr. one bedrooms are perfect for a single person, they are just the right size to be comfortable!
