Don?t be misled by the glitzy exterior!

I?ve lived here for two years and have been incredibly dissatisfied with the property management. The place was poorly constructed, and mgmt. was very cheap when it came to setting up utilities and installing fixtures. Mostly populated with students of UPENN, this place has turned into more of a fraternity house than it has a luxury living environment. Professionals should think twice before signing a lease here, as the noise is ridiculous and way out of proportion for what one would expect with such a high rent.
Managment has alienated many of the residents with their inattention to tenant complaints and continual attention on extracting as much money as they can from us. Had it not been so conveniently located for my graduate studies at UPENN, we would have been out of here after a year!
If you like mice in your apartments, this is the place for you. If you're looking for a luxury loft apartment, look elsewhere. The number of disgruntled residents here is very high.
