Pricey & pretentious

For industrial reconstruction and renovation, the apartments are beautiful. With all this intrinsic beauty came a lot of attitude from management and even from housekeeping and maintenance. I would have liked living here if all the promises made at the time of lease signing were upheld. No restaurant was built downstairs and I had to look at an empty shell whenever I went outside. Also, what's up with that stupid Eiffel Tower thing at the entrance' Specific problems: someone keyed my car INSIDE the parking area, my neighbors were loud but called the desk to complain whenever I watched television, the management let it slip that they knew how I had decorated my apartment (unlawful entry'''), and the price was too high for such an awkward location.
