The location for Penn is great no doubt. The door staff is great for day to day issues. The management is draconian. Endless "rules" and lots of letters threatening fines if you are "videotaped" moving anything after 4pm M-F or if you don't break a cardboard box down before putting it in the trash room "we will find you and fine you". It is a $2000/month dorm. I'm sure none of the hefty security deposit will be refunded. Upkeep of public areas is so-so. Trashroom stinks down the hall. Appliances and furnishings in apartments are cheap. Carpets need cleaning. Rooftop deck is a joke. If they fire the manager and hire someone with a clue it would be ok but mostly only for the location and front desk staff. But it is nothing special or worth the $$$$. Parking is $$
