Too expensive, with unresponsive and careless management, horrible maintenance, and horrible cable provider (that managment doesn't want to change).
Some things were broken in the apartment before we moved in, they never fixed them. I put in requests time and again, but nothing happened!
Noisy on the Chestnut side. A lot of pollution due to traffic too.
