My boyfriend and I decided to rent at the left bank and our experience so far has only been lovely! Scott Krumm the leasing consultant is so patient and Dave the manager bended all the way backwards to accomodate us. Kind, well organized and sincere! Gotta love eddy the concierge. Apartments are great, spacious, new kitchen couldnt be happier. The only con' Carpetting could be prettier and softer.

This was probably posted by old management. Dave was fired because he was incompetent and treated residents terrible. Eddie is nice if you get on his good side. That takes at least 9 months. Believe this person at your own peril
